A Unique Opportunity To Learn, Share & Grow
In Minimally Invasive Gynaecological Surgery

The European Society for Gynaecological Endoscopy (ESGE) is proud to launch the Short-Term Visiting Young Endoscopist Programme (YEP) — an initiative designed to support the next generation of gynaecological endoscopists and strengthen a European network of excellence in minimally invasive surgery.
This compact but intensive training experience, lasting between 2 and 12 weeks, offers young gynaecologists the chance to gain valuable insights into laparoscopy, hysteroscopy, and robotic surgery at leading ESGE-accredited centres across Europe.

For Young Endoscopists

Are you ready to take your surgical training to the next level?

During your visit, you will:

  • Observe and learn from renowned minimally invasive surgeons in high-volume centres.
  • Participate in live surgeries, unit activities, and academic discussions.
  • Refine your technical skills and broaden your professional horizons.
  • Build your European network within the ESGE community.

Eligibility criteria:

  • Residents/trainees or young specialists in Obstetrics & Gynaecology.
  • ESGE membership.
  • Minimum GESEA Level 1 certification (Level 2 preferred).
  • Proficiency in English (C1) or the host country’s language.
