The ESGE-YEP Exchange Programme is an exclusive international initiative designed for young gynaecological endoscopists seeking hands-on clinical experience and global collaboration. Organised by ESGE, the programme offers rising talents the chance to learn directly from world-class experts, sharpen surgical skills, and build an international professional network.
Hosted annually in the ESGE Congress host country, participants gain immersive access to top medical institutions while exploring new healthcare systems and cultures. This one-of-a-kind programme fuels innovation, fosters cross-border knowledge exchange, and prepares the next generation to lead in gynaecological endoscopy.
ESGE YEP Exchange 2026 Poland – Applications Now Open
The ESGE Young Endoscopists Programme (YEP Exchange) 2026 is now open for applications.
This unique initiative offers young gynaecologists the opportunity to visit leading European centres in Poland, gain direct clinical exposure, and connect with the international ESGE community.

About the Programme
The YEP Exchange 2026 is a short-term, pre-congress observership initiative designed for early-career gynaecologists and young endoscopists.
Hosted in the ESGE Congress country, the programme offers participants the opportunity to visit recognised ESGE host centres across Poland and gain insight into clinical practice within different institutional settings.
During this exchange, participants are exposed to real clinical environments, including surgical workflows, multidisciplinary collaboration, and patient management approaches.
Each placement is unique and reflects the expertise and clinical focus of the host centre, offering a concise yet impactful international learning experience.

- Operative and diagnostic procedures in high-volume centres
- Multidisciplinary clinical environments and perioperative workflows

Linked to the ESGE Annual Congress
The programme is designed as a pre-congress experience, allowing participants to continue their learning journey during the ESGE Annual Congress and engage with the wider scientific community.

Please note that additional host centres will be added in the coming months. You are welcome to review and select from the currently available centres.
However, you may also resubmit your application at a later stage to update your preferences.
In such cases, only the most recent submission will be considered during the allocation process.

Fees
The registration price for the selected ESGE-YEP Exchangee is €150 per Exchangee* *Flights, Accommodation, Visa (if applicable), food and beverage – at cost of the Exchangee.
